What is the amount of money covered by the subsidy for the replacement of carpentry?
The subsidy can cover up to 50% of carpentry replacement costs, and the maximum amount can reach 180,000 dinars, depending on the municipality.
What types of joinery are covered?
The subsidy applies exclusively to PVC joinery.
Is the front door covered by the subsidy?
Yes, replacement of front doors for houses is also part of the program.
What else is included in the subsidy?
In addition to the replacement of windows and doors, the subsidy also covers:

Required documentation for application
When applying for a subsidy for the replacement of carpentry, it is necessary to prepare a series of documents that will confirm the fulfillment of the conditions of the competition. The list of mandatory documents includes:
- Completed application form (available on the website or in the premises of the municipality/city)
- Estimate of works that you plan (can be obtained from authorized contractors listed on the local government website)
- A photocopy of the electricity bill for some of the previous months, with a consumption of more than 100 kWh
- ID card scanned applicant
- A copy of proof of ownership and legality of the object
All documentation must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the indication:
"Application for public competition for co-financing of energy rehabilitation measures of family houses and apartments - do not open", with the sender's full address on the back of the envelope.
Delivery is done in person. at the porter's office of the city/municipality or by registered mail.
