One system with two versions (AS / MD)
The Schüco LivIng PVC system is an innovative 7-chamber PVC profile that can be constructed in two forms, with and without a middle gasket. In combination with the central gasket, the composition achieves the passive house standard in accordance with ift Rosenheim. As a system with two gaskets, excellent thermal insulation properties and narrow face widths are also achieved.
The innovation of elastic gaskets has been added to the Schüco LivIng window. The use of elastic welding material increases the sealing effect in the difficult corner parts of the unit, while allowing a closed, visually appealing corner design without hard resistance. The durable, environmentally friendly material preserves the strength of the gasket throughout its working life, much longer than standard PVC profiles.
White profiles are supplied with modern, silver-grey gaskets, laminated profiles are available with black gaskets.
In addition to profiles in white, we offer profiles in classic colors such as anthracite PVC joinery, profiles in wood decors such as golden oak PVC joinery and profiles with aluminum cladding on the outside.
The profiles can be painted with a wide selection of plain and wood decorative foils, Schüco AutomotiveFinish and Schüco TopAlu.
Schüco's approach is to help its customers create a sustainable and highly energy-efficient home. These products are easy to care for and durable with excellent thermal insulation value. Window profiles are produced exclusively with a lead-free stabilizer based on calcium and zinc. All Schüco products have a significant impact on the environment and can be 100% recycled at the end of their life.
